## What it does
- Converts inbound operational email into structured work with request type, priority, risk and review-ready drafts
- Priority rises from pack business rules for the request type and strained tone/urgency
- Request-type risk is scored from the industry pack rules for that request type
- Default Autonomous Queue rule: confidence at least 7 and low request-type risk; thresholds are configurable
- Auto-queues customer-selected routine low-risk work into the Autonomous Queue when configured thresholds are met, where it stays visible and supervised
- Keeps uncertain and high-impact work in human review
- Surfaces consequential work above routine traffic
- Keeps human authority before every outbound email and write action
- Records processing, review and send events so operations and auditors can follow how work moved
